Kelly Clarkson is miss movin’ on.
The singer has re-enlisted the home she once shared with ex, Brandon Blackstock, back on the market.
And this time, she’s willing to let it go for $1 million less.
The Encino, California home was first listed for $10 million in May 2020 about a month before the “American Idol” winner filed for divorce after seven years of marriage.
Now, it has re-appeared for a cool $9 million.
Per The New York Post, the 38-year-old purchased it back in June 2018 for $8.5 million.
The home, located in the Royal Oaks neighborhood, is described as “modern rustic” and boasts 10,000 square feet.
It features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and features a huge walk-in closet and a private patio.
But that’s not all! It’s the perfect home to hang out in while quarantining as it has a home theater, a gym, and a wine room.
If you’re the kind of person who has a lot of guests, it also has a two-story guest house equipped with a full kitchen and two full bathrooms.
Outdoors you can enjoy palm trees, a pool, firepit, and a kitchen with a pizza over.
This is the second home Clarkson has on the market – she’s also hoping to sell a lakefront mansion in Tennessee. The home, constructed in 2007, is just 25 miles from Nashville and features 20,000 square feet on four-plus acres.
In February 2020, she slashed the price of the property, which was listed since 2017 for $8.75 million, down to $7.5 million. Earlier this year, the price went down to $6.95 million.
Since filing for divorce, a judge granted Clarkson primary custody of her children, River Rose (6) and Remington (4), with Blackstock.
Clarkson has also been battling her management company of 13 years, Starstruck Management Group, which is owned by her estranged husband’s father Narvel Blackstock.
