Henri Vuong will be based in London
Henri Vuong has joined PGIM Real Estate in the newly created role of executive director and head of real estate debt investment research.
Based in London and reporting to global head of investment research at PGIM Real Estate Peter Hayes, Vuong will be responsible for debt research across real estate markets and will support the portfolio, asset management, acquisitions and marketing efforts of the firm’s regional businesses.

She will also support fund managers and senior leaders “form and articulate” debt investment products and strategies, and deliver market-leading intelligence to clients, PGIM said.
Vuong joins from the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV), where she was the director of research and market information.
She was responsible for the strategy and execution of INREV’s Research and Market Information programme and facilitated the launch of several performance indices.
Vuong was also previously a part of the real estate finance origination team at The Royal Bank of Scotland and a senior property research analyst at PRUPIM (now M&G Real Estate).

Hayes said Vuong “will help shape and develop our debt analysis and research, strengthening our existing expertise alongside the equity research”.
