WHEREAS, Douglas L. Harvey, an Unmarried Man, by Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”), dated July 30, 2018, and of record in Book 4788, Page 150, Register of Deeds Office of Sumner County, Tennessee, conveyed to Creekside Title & Escrow, LLC, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note (the “Note”) described in the Deed of Trust, which Note was payable to, CMG Mortgage, Inc. dba CMG Financial, which was subsequently assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, dated February 27, 2020 and recorded on February 27, 2020 in Book 5152, Page 566 and;

WHEREAS, Kent McPhail & Associates, LLC has been duly appointed Substitute Trustee by the owner and holder of the Note by instrument recorded in Book 5426, Page 149, Sumner County, Tennessee

second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room at City Hall, 101 Maple

Drive North, Hendersonville, Tennessee. There will be considered at such meetings any and all official

business which may be considered at regular meetings of the Board.

Notice is also hereby given that regular meetings of the Standing Committees of the Board of Mayor

and Aldermen for 2021 are as follows: General Committee – second Tuesday of each month at 6:30

p.m. in Conference Room # 2; Public Safety Committee – second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in

Conference Room # 1; Finance Committee – fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in Conference

Room # 2 and the Public Works Committee – fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Conference

Room # 1. The Main Meeting Room and the Conference Rooms are located in City Hall, 101 Maple Drive

North, Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare of all

citizens, these meetings may be conducted virtually by ZOOM or otherwise. If changes are necessary,

notices will be posted.

The Millersville City Commission will hold a Public

Hearing on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. at

the Community Center, 1181 Louisville Highway, to

consider the following:

1. Ordinance 20-751, an ordinance to abandon a cityowned

right-of-way located on Sumner Property Map

118, Parcels 170.00, 171.00 and a portion of 143.01,

currently owned by Creekside Plaza, LLC.
