Landmark Industries is building a 5,200-square-foot Timewise Food Store and Exxon gas station in the Bridgeland community in Cypress. Opening of the store, at the northwest corner of Tuckerton and Mason roads, is planned in spring of 2021, according to Howard Hughes Corp., the developer of Bridgeland.

Deen’s Cheesesteak & Pizza leased 1,375 square feet at the Shoppes at Memorial Village, a new center at Interstate 10 and Wirt Road. Christi Davis Vinzant of Weingarten Realty represented the landlord. Neha Abassi of Friedman Real Estate Brokerage represented the tenant.

First Watch, a cafe specializing in breakfast, brunch and lunch, leased 4,060 square feet in Grand at Aliana, a retail center at the Grand Parkway and West Airport Boulevard in Richmond. Josh Friedlander and David Meyers represented the landlord, NewQuest Properties. Ron Marshall of Mac Haik Realty represented the tenant. First Watch will join Burlington, Five Below and Petco in the new center, which will soon add Michaels, Ross Dress for Less and Ulta, according to NewQuest. First Watch will have 16 locations in the Houston area when it opens in September 2021.

Nekter Juice Bar opened in the Boardwalk at Towne Lake, at 9915 Barker Cypress Road in Cypress. It is the ninth location, including six in the Houston market, for franchisee Andrea Young.

Scrubs to the Rescue, a provider of medical scrubs, leased 1,300 square feet in Southway Shopping Center, at 8150 S. Gessner. Kathy King of Edge Realty Partners represented the landlord. Melissa Gerber Brams of Gerber Realty represented the tenant.

Bahama Mama leased 1,400 square feet at Klein Square, 16812 Stuebner Airline Road, Spring. Eric Broussard and Benny Nguyen of Resolut RE represented the tenant. Lauren Shepperd of Williamsburg Enterprises represented the landlord. Bahama Mama also leased 1,600 square feet at the Shops at Parkway Lakes, 22377 Bellaire Blvd., Richmond, represented by Broussard and Nguyen. Brett Levinson of Capital Retail Properties represented the landlord.

Wing It On!, a New England-based chain specializing in wings, chicken sandwiches and seasoned fries for take out, has targeted Houston as a market for expansion through franchising. The locations, which range from 1,000 square feet to 1,500 square feet, have a small area for dine in.

Gyro Republic leased 1,500 square feet in Waterview Town Center at the Grand Parkway and Grand Mission Boulevard in Richmond. Emily Durham of Waterman Steele represented the tenant. Matt McKinnerney and Lane Pleason represented the landlord, Read King Commercial Real Estate.

Electronics repair shop uBreakiFix opened in Willowbrook at 7610-A Cypress Creek Parkway in northwest Houston. The store, one of three operated by Fernando Villarreal, Jennifer Wallis and Mark Wallis, offers repairs on smartphones, tablets, computers and more.
