Johnson to 21st Mortgage Corporation dated September 26, 2017, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Marion County on October 16, 2017 at 1:45 pm in Book 393 at Page 48 The premises covered and affected by the said mortgage and the foreclosure thereof, were, at the time of making thereof and at the time of the filing of the Lis Pendens, as described on the attached Exhibit “A”. EXHIBIT “A” All that certain lot of land, situate in the city of Marion, State and County aforesaid, known and designated as Lot No. 16 on the certain map of property owned by Ira Watson Co., made by Johnson & Roberts, C.E.’s, dated June 1936 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Marion County in Plat Book 19, at Page 94. Said lot is of irregular shape and is bounded as follows: On the North by the R&C Railroad, whereon it measures 203 feet; on the east of Jackson Street, whereon it measures 110 feet; on the south by property of parties unknown, whereon it measures 197.3 feet, and on the west by Lee Street, whereon it measures 48 feet. All of which will more fully appear by reference to said map. This is one of the lots of land conveyed to me by Carolyn S. Hunter by deed dated December 29, 1972, and recorded on December 29, 1972, in Deed Book A-122, at page 22. This being the identical property conveyed to Monique Johnson and Gregory Foxworth by deed of Monique Johnson dated September 26, 2017 and recorded October 16, 2017 in Deed Book 393 at Page 45 in Marion County Clerk of Court Office.
